Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of these products, all orders are final, and do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me at hello@bluebonnetblissbakery.com. I would be happy to assist in resolving the situation.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may not be cancelled within four business days of the pick-up date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact me at hello@bluebonnetblissbakery.com immediately. I will do my best to accommodate your needs; however, such requests may not be possible due to time constraints. Accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Pickup Times
To respect everyone’s time, all pickup times are scheduled in advance. If a buyer misses their pickup time, they will be contacted, and the order will be frozen and held for up to one week. If pickup does not occur within that period, the order will be forfeited without refund, and the items will be used at the baker’s discretion.
