FAQ

What are these little bites of heaven?

Macarons (pronounced mack-ah-ROHN) are delicate, French sandwich cookies made from almond flour, egg whites, and sugar, with a thin, crisp shell and a soft, chewy center. They’re filled with a variety of delicious fillings—like buttercream, ganache, or jam—and come in endless flavor and color combinations.

How should the macarons be stored/served?

After purchase, I recommend storing your macarons in the refrigerator. Let them come to room temperature before serving—about 10–15 minutes. For the best flavor and texture, please enjoy them within 3–5 days.

You may also store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. When ready to enjoy, allow them to thaw for 60–75 minutes before serving.

Are macarons gluten free?

While most of my macarons are made with gluten-free ingredients (some flavors may include ingredients that contain gluten), they are prepared in a kitchen that is not certified gluten-free, so cross-contamination may occur.
